Brainstorm Session with David Booth (ODI) on support of local self-help initiatives

On Tuesday 14 December a Brainstorm session with David Booth from the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) took place about anchoring self-help in local realities. The session was jointly organized by SID, Partos and PSO. Interested member-organizations of Partos and PSO attended, resulting in a lively debate with Booth.
